What shipping methods do you use? Shipping and handling charges are based upon merchandise totals before any discounts. Standard shipping to the 48 states is always $7.50! The more you order, the more you save on shipping! To see the shipping rate table click here.
Do you offer RUSH deliveries? In most cases, customers on the East coast will receive their orders within approximately 2 weeks from the date the order is received by us. For shipping destinations closer to the West coast, where we are located, the shipping time will be shorter. In-stock items are normally shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. If there is a need for rush delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What if I receive my merchandise and it is different than what is on the site? Sometimes our manufacturers update their inventory and we are not notified of this change. We do our best to ensure that products are always kept current. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for changes in the product you receive as long as it is similar to the product you found on the site.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal through our secure merchant gateway system.
Do you charge sales tax? Unfortunately, California customers must be charged 8.25% sales tax. Deliveries to other states are not taxed.
How do I enter your contest? To enter our Monthly Drawing fill in your name and address on the Monthly Drawing page. If you are a winner, we will notify you by email.
What happens when an order can not be filled? Unfortunately, because of the high demand for many of our products, such stock may no longer be available when the customer wants it. This is something of which Sportsbanners4you.com has no control. We will make every effort to have the stock replenished, if at all possible. If it can not be replenished, Sportsbanners4you.com will refund all monies owed to you. We reserve the right to discontinue a product as we determine it is necessary.
How do I care for my banner after I receive it? If the banner has gotten dirty we suggest pacing it in a very mild solution of dish washing liquid and water. All soap must be rinsed from the banner and hung to dry in the open air.

Do you accept personal checks? Unfortunately, we can not accept personal checks at this time. We gladly offer Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal for your convenience.
