RETURNS

I know you will have confidence in ordering from Sportsbanners4you.com.  For any reason you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product less shipping and handling costs and an 25% re-stocking fee. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact Sportsbanners4you.com by email at support@sportsbanners4you.com for return instructions.  Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Please indicate in the email the reason for wanting to return the item; your email address; your postal address; item number; and, a telephone number where you can be reached.  Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days of receipt and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping and handling charges and re-stocking fees.

In the case of a damaged item, please email us at support@sportsbanners4you.com. with the information requested above.  The item must be returned.  After examination Sportsbanners4you.com will make a determination if the item is to be replaced or the cost of the item is to be refunded to your credit card.

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers.  No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offered by Marantette Enterprises, LLC.  or Sportsbanners4you.com.  Marantette Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of any of our products.  Items, which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt, will be replaced or a refund will be issued. If a refund is issued, it will be less all shipping and handling charges.  Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer or Sportsbanners4you.com.

SUBSTITUTION

If a product is no longer available from a manufacturer, Sportsbanners4you.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

SHIPPING

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals before any discounts.  All charges are subject to change without notice.

        Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.      

Customers will usually receive their orders within 5 - 7 business days.  Some orders could take longer depending on the weight of the items purchased and stock availability.  We make every effort possible to process an order within 24 - 48 hours of receipt.  The manufacturer will determine the carrier that can offer most expeditious and inexpensive means possible.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico or Canada

RUSH Shipping is Now Available

When you opt for RUSH shipping, you will receive your order 4 business days from the date your order is processed. RUSH shipping is 30% of the total amount for your items, WITH a $25 MINIMUM shipping charge.

OUT-OF-STOCK

Any item that is "out of stock", it will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in the manufacturers' warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if your items are backordered or discontinued or no longer available.

CANADA SHIPPING

We do not ship to international destinations other than Canada.

TAXES

Sportsbanners4you does NOT charge sales tax for deliveries placed outside of California!  For deliveries within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 8.25% for sales tax.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 18 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling, and an 25% restocking charge will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
